AxisTech Returns and Exchanges Policy – Oct 2024


At AxisTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help! Please review our returns and exchange policy below.


Returns for unwanted goods

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@axistech.co to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.

  3. Ship your return to the following address:

** Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@axistech.co

  • Refunds will only be issued for items returned in original, unused condition.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@axistech.co to request an exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, or a refund based on the situation. Please provide photos of the damaged item and your order details when contacting us.
