Limited Warranty Statement for Axistech Devices

1. Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Axistech Devices warrants to the original purchaser that devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment or Axistech Devices installation ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, Axistech Devices will, at its option:

  • Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

  • Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.

  • Refund the original purchase price of the product.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Axistech Devices.

  • Damage caused by services (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Axistech Devices.

  • Products or parts that have been modified without the written permission of Axistech Devices.

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents, that does not otherwise affect the product's functionality or materially impair its use.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact Axistech Devices customer support at info@axistech.co with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent to the address provided by customer support.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Axistech Devices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if Axistech Devices has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
